It is based on configuration files for "Basic IP addressing"

Two things to remember when you work with VIRL

* Change vtp configuration mode to transparent or the new vlans will not be saved in the switch
* Disable interface g0/0 when you work in the Layer2 section because it can change the spanning tree topology from the workbook
